How It Works

The 'ConSept' septic tank treatment plant system from 'Allerton' will convert your existing septic tank or cesspit into a fully functional sewage treatment plant, producing a high quality final effluent that can be discharged into a watercourse or soakaway.

ConSept is a system that is dropped into cesspools,septic tanks and existing brick built chambers. So if you need a new sewage treatment plant, septic tank, cesspit or cesspool I will be quite happy to quote you on the ConSept System.

When placed inside the existing septic tank the 'ConSept' treatment plant creates two zones.

 The area outside the 'ConSept' septic tank is the aeration zone. Air supplied from the air blower, causes agitation in this zone - helping to break up the solids in the raw sewage.
 The area within the 'ConSept' septic tank is the settlement zone.This quiet area allows fine solids to settle before the final treated effluent is drawn off to be discharged.

In addition to the mechanical treatment described above the 'ConSept'septic tank is also an aerobic treatment system. The growth of aerobic bacteria is encouraged by the bubbling air.
